As from now it is available the Cybercrime Office Practical Note 13/2019 on the decriminalization of unauthorized public communication of phonograms and videograms, operated by Law No. 92/2019, of September 4.

It addresses some aspects of the practical application of that law, in particular relating to the new procedural treatment of the new administrative infringement of unauthorized public communication of music and videos and its conciliation with other associated (criminal) offenses.
