These and other issues are daily a part of criminal investigations. In view of deepening the debate on these and other topics, a workshop on digital evidence in criminal proceedings was held today at the Prosecutor General's Office.

This event was primarily aimed at public prosecutors, but judges and other lawyers also attended.

Several controversial issues were discussed, and gaps and legislative adjustment needs were identified.
