Cybercrime in 2024 – complaints received

An information note is published describing and characterizing the cybercrime reports received by the Cybercrime Office, by email, in the year of 2023. It concludes, in addition to other findings, that since 2016 there is a regular, constant and persistent increase in cybercrime. From 2023 to 2024, complaints increased by 36.25%.
