According to the Criminal Procedure Code (Article 246 paragraph 2), criminal complaints must include the complainant’s identification and his or her signature. If the reported facts do not concern a “public crime”, only those complaints that contain the above said identification elements (or other data allowing this irregularity to be remedied) shall be pursued.
