Working session on cybercrime with prosecutors from DIAP of Lisbon (Headquarters)

A working session on cybercrime and other online crimes was held this Friday at the Prosecutor General's Office, intended for prosecutors at DIAP of Lisbon (Headquarters).

During the session, in addition to the legal framework for some offenses in the area of cybercrime, matters concerning criminal procedural measures for obtaining evidence related to digital environments or technologies were also discussed.
