A meeting of the contact points of CiberRede, the network of prosecutors specialized in cybercrime and digital evidence from Ibero-america, was held yesterday, 17 December. It took place in a virtual space, by video conference. It was attended by 19 public prosecutors, contact points representing 15 of the countries that are members of AIAMP, the Ibero-American Association of Public Prosecutions.

The meeting addressed the recent General Assembly of AIAMP, held on the 4th and 5th of November 2020, during which the mandate of the Public Prosecution Service of Portugal, as Coordinator of CiberRede was renewed. New forms of cooperation within the network were also discussed.
