Second Working session on cybercrime with prosecutors from DIAP of Lisbon (Headquarters)

The Prosecutor General's Office hosted, last Friday, a second working session on cybercrimes and other online crimes with prosecutors at the Lisbon DIAP (Headquarters).

A first meeting with another group of prosecutors had been held on March 6.

In the sessions, organized by the Lisbon DIAP (Headquarters) and the Cybercrime Office within the Prosecutor General's Office, some criminal phenomena in the area of cybercrime and their respective legal framework were discussed, as well as aspects related, in particular, to the obtaining of digital evidence.
