An information note is published describing and characterizing the cybercrime reports received by the Cybercrime Office, by email, in the year of 2021. It concludes, in addition to other findings, that since 2016 there is a regular, constant and persistent increase in cybercrime. From 2021 to 2022, complaints increased by 73.58%.
