The Cybercrime Office issued a new Practical Note on the amendments to the Cybercrime Law, introduced by Law No. 79/2021, of 24 November, which redesigned the normative framework for the punishment of offenses related to abuse and counterfeiting of bank cards (and others cards and payment devices).
